Description: We are looking for a young educated individual for an opening for our company as a maintenance coordinator. The job is extensive and requires a keen eye, quick thinking, good communication skills, and an understanding of MEP and HVAC. It will involve regularly communicating with maintenance providers and clients to schedule access to resolve issues. Everything must be logged using our in-house system and no request should exceed 24 hours.
Salary Expectations: 3,000 with the potential to earn more.
Responsibilities:
- Handling Maintenance Issues for Our Property Portfolio
- Assigning contractors for maintenance
- Ensuring contractor work is done with proof via pictures or reports
- Communicating with our tenants to arrange maintenance
- Sufficiently adding top up to each job (potential to earn)
- Ensuring good work is being done at a reasonable price
- Communicating with our director daily about the status of jobs and work to be completed
