Urgently Hiring Indoor Sales. (end to end) for our Reputed Recruitment agency in Dubai.

Job Description:

1. Recruiter with hands on experience in Local/ Overseas end to end recruitment.

2. should hold 3 to 4 years working experience in Recruitment Company.

3.Design and implement overall recruiting strategy

4. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.

Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.

5. Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.

6. Candidate who can work under pressure and with deadlines and targets.

7. experience into tele-calling, Field visit and attracting new companies and introduce services pathway provide.

8. Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email, social networks, events,

etc.)

9. Search for new client leads & Manage relationships with existing customers.

10. Conduct market research (analyse competitors, efficiency of sales strategies, etc.)
