Description:

We are looking for a ‘Logistics Officer’ for a well-known FMCG Company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Note:

The candidate must have a valid UAE Driving License.

Key Responsibilities:

Practical work knowledge of Import documentation and export documentation in a trading environment.
Knowledge of various documents required for sending the documents through bank either on LC basis or on collection basis.
Process and examine required import/export shipping documents as per rules and regulations.
Preparing Invoices and Packing lists and make needed documents.
Prepare documents from Chamber of commerce and other related departments.
Sending the shipping related documents to the customers.
Follow up with customers and freight forwarder for Import/Export shipments and must know the status of all shipments
Coordination with accounting firm for day to day accounting and banking related transactions.
Any other task assign by the management.
