Description: Secretary Cum Office Assistant
Secretary cum customer service receptionist required with minimum 2 years of experience.
Good communication, customer service and relationship-building skills.
Candidate will be required to make contracts, handle petty cash, payment collection and couriers.
Smart candidates, who have a typing speed of 35 wpm can apply.
Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments, organising and servicing meetings.
Typing, preparing and collating contracts.
Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients.
Logging or processing bills or expenses.
The ability to be proactive and use your initiative: to see what needs doing and to do it.
