IBM FileNet Content Platform Engine on standalone & HA environment (CPE 5.2.x and 5.5.x)

IBM FileNet Deployment Manager and other FileNet tools

IBM Content search service (CSS 5.2.x and 5.5.x)

IBM Case Manager Installation & Configuration. (5.2.x and 5.3.x)

Content Analytics Administration & Configuration.

WebSphere Application server both on Standalone and ND (WAS 8.5.x and 9.0.x)

IBM HTTP Server

Database knowledge: Oracle & SQL Server

ICN & Workplace XT configuration and administration

Troubleshooting complex issues

Patching and Upgrade FileNet components

Performance Tuning (FileNet, WebSphere & Infrastructure)

Deployment of Customized Application on WebSphere

Good knowledge in Windows Servers 2012/2016.

Understanding of Network infrastructure.
