Description:

We are looking for a Graphic Designer/Digital Marketing for our office in Business Bay, Silver Tower, preferably with an experience in the real estate sector.

Responsibilities:

-Assist with all digital marketing campaigns for lead generation, including web, SEO/SEM, marketing database email, social media and display advertising

-Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assets against goals (ROI and KPIs)

-Propose new systems to generate leads, evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data

-Maintain and build social media presence across all digital channels

-Drive online traffic to the company website. Maintain website footfall

-Maintain and execute internal EDM (email marketing)

-Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends to generate new ideas, opportunities and technologies to improve overall brand performance

-Evaluate emerging technologies to identify new digital mediums to increase digital presence

-Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

-Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests

-Collaborate with sales team to create landing pages and optimize user experience

-Assist Team Manager with planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing

Requirements:

-Degree in Digital Marketing or a related field

-Proven working experience in digital marketing within the Dubai Real Estate market or other luxury segment

-Knowledge of HTML/CSS for Email design

-Ability to create short videos for social media (Adobe Premier Pro, After effects etc.)

-Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

-1 - 3 years of working experience

-Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

-Knowledge of Wed Designs and word press
