- Good experience working in heavy plant machinery

- Working knowledge of lathe, drill presses, cutters and milling machines

- Wide knowledge of working qualities of various metals

- Familiarity with manufacturing standards and principles

- Ability to interpret engineering drawings

- Power plant experience is an advantage.

- Ability to align and secure working tools

- Good English communications

- Have Computer Skills

- Have Safety Awareness and understand safety rules
