Description: Urgently required Business Development Manager - Security Services

Job description / Role

The role of Business Development Manager is a key position with the Best Force Security Services organization. The position will be specifically responsible for business development and growth of the Security Services Management revenues and country footprint.

As Business Development Manager your main responsibilities will involve:

- Achieve sales targets

- Work with internal teams to develop solutions to satisfy prospective customer needs.

- Cultivate the relationship with direct customers and partners to ensure business is grown and retained.

- Contribute to growing market share.

- The employee shall create a strong client base by working independently to bring in worker requirements from existing and prospective clients.

- The employee shall identify these clients, tell them about our company, convince them and generate business/income by focusing on our services.

- The employee shall have good organizational skills, professional communication skills and the ability to work with people across all levels of an organization.

- Build a strong sales pipeline.

- Sell a range of services that include Security Solutions and Facilities Management.

- Develop a good understanding of the customer needs, products and vertical market.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a reputable university.

- Minimum of 5 years sales experience, UAE or Regional Gulf experience is essential

- Relevant industry experience in Security or Facilities Management

- Proven sales track record.

- Great presentation skills.

- Self-driven.

- Experience of working in a fast paced environment.

- Manage the relationship with key customers to deliver ongoing growth of connections
